High power, rapid traverse of 36 m/min, rigid machines. Available in chuck Sizes from 6 " to 18" and maximum turning length of 1575mm in various Options including sub- spindles, turnmills, Y Axis, Linear Tooling model available for 6" machine.

Available in chuck sizes of 6" and 8". Fast and rigid machines. Turning Lengths of 150mm and 210mm. Automation for loading / unloading option is available. The sliding head stock and individual turret for each spinde make this a very versatile machine

Two models available with max. swing and turning length of dia 620mm x 420mm and dia 800mm x 600mm. Machines are very rigid and capable of heavy duty cutting.

Multitasking Twin Spindle Turning Center with 7 Axes. Two built in spindles, upper turret with Y- Axis and lower turret with MillingTool. Balanced cutting & Center support by twin turret.

Integrated Multitasking Turning Centers
The machine can perform the operations of a turning center and Vertical Machining center. The machine is equipped with twin spindles and tool spindle head with B-axis. The rotating tool spindle has an ATC with 22 tools capacity (43 tools option). The machine has built in motor on both spindles and robust box guide ways, ensuring complete machining of complicated parts in a single set up.

Three models are available with both single and dual table configuration. Various spindle power and speeds to suit different machining requirements. BT 30 spindle is standard. Fast rapid traverse,quick spindle acc / dec timings make these machines highly productive.Configurations of drum type ATC and magazine type ATC with twin arm tool changer are available.

Standard range of Vertical Machining Centers are available in table sizes starting from 800mm x 460mm upto 2700mm x 950mm. All the machines have been designed for high rigidity, excellent performance and ample work area. Various option packages are available to suit the requirements of the user. The machines are work horses, capable of heavy duty cutting along with maintaining high accuracies.


Two models of Dual Table Vertical Machining Center with table sizes of 2 x 700mm x 500mm and 2 x 650mm x 410mm are available for eliminating loading / unloading time of the components on the machines.
